Roanoke Bible College is a private, coeducational institution
founded in 1948 upon the ideals of traditional Bible-based Christian education.

Our Mission: To educate men and women for career and volunteer Christian service.

Our Location: Located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, RBC is just an hour's drive from the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area and the outer banks.

Our Enrollment: 154 students enrolled at Roanoke Bible College in the fall of 2007.

Our Faculty/Staff: Roanoke currently has 48 faculty and staff members; our student-to-faculty ratio is 8.3 to 1, and the average class size is 15.

Our Cost: Total Cost for 2007-08 full-time dormitory student for the school year is $15,460.00 (an estimate based on 16 credit hours tuition, room, board, and fees). On average, over the past five years, 95% of students who apply for financial assistance received some form of financial aid.

Our Graduates: During Roanoke's 59 years of service, over 3,152 students have enrolled, 1,077 have graduated. Roanoke alumni currently serve in 40 states and 10 foreign countries. As of 2007, one in four ministers in the Christian Churches/Churches of Christ in Virginia was trained at RBC; one in thtee in North Carolina; one in two serving churches within 150 miles of the college.

Our Affiliation: Roanoke is associated with and primarily supported by the fellowship of the Churches of Christ and Christian Churches. We are part of the Restoration Movement. Our Statement of Faith is detailed in our catalog.
